Hi, I’m Di (Dee)!
I help busy moms build better routines, live healthier lives, and organize their homes — one step at a time.
As a mom of two, a wife, a professional home organizer, and a lifestyle and wellness coach trained by Harvard Medical School, I bring a unique blend of personal and professional experiences to my work. I’m also the creator of the Organize Yourself Healthy™ Method (OYH Method) — a simple, real-life-based, science-backed lifestyle coaching for moms that helps them take care of their homes and themselves.
For over 12 years, I’ve helped moms clear the clutter, create calm, and build lasting habits. But even more than that, I’ve helped them feel good—in their space, in their routines, and in their everyday lives.
Why I Focus on Lifestyle Coaching for Moms
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed. When your home is messy, the laundry never ends, and your calendar is packed with things you didn’t even say yes to — it’s hard to breathe, let alone focus on your health or happiness.
That’s why I do what I do. I’ve seen how powerful it is when moms feel supported, organized, and confident in their space and schedule. It’s not about achieving perfection; it’s about feeling empowered with a clear plan, some support, and a little breathing room.
That’s where I come in: to be a part of your journey and share my experience with you.

— Creator of the Organize Yourself Healthy™ Method
“The OYH Method is a whole-life approach to feeling better. It’s not about fancy bins or complicated diets. It’s about learning how to organize your home and your habits in a way that supports your life — your real, messy, beautiful life.”

Where It All Began
I grew up in Brazil, and I’ve loved organizing for as long as I can remember. Saturdays were cleaning days with my mom — we’d move all the furniture, scrub every corner, and then she’d let me “work my magic” in the rest of the house. I loved lining up the shoes, organizing the cabinets, and finding the right spot for everything.
My dad, an economist and entrepreneur, gave me a job I didn’t fully understand at the time: managing our family’s grocery budget. I tracked every item, planned meals, and stretched a very small budget to feed a family of six. It was my first lesson in systems, planning, and making things work — skills I still use today in every home I help organize.
I went on to earn a degree in journalism and communications and later moved to the United States, where I worked as an au pair. That experience changed everything. I lived with a host family and later worked as a nanny and saw how much a well-run home—with systems, support, and simple routines—could reduce stress, improve relationships, and help parents and kids thrive.
I realized organizing wasn’t just something I loved—it was something I could share. In 2013, I launched Di is Organized from my home in Baltimore, MD. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of moms transform their homes and their lives with kindness, intention, and practical tips.
How the Organize Yourself Healthy™ Method Was Born
As I worked with more clients, I noticed a pattern: when moms felt better in their space, they also felt better in their minds and bodies. And when their health improved—more energy, better sleep, less stress—their homes were easier to manage, too.
So, in 2018, I followed that connection and created the Organize Yourself Healthy™ Method. Later, I trained in Lifestyle and Wellness Coaching at Harvard Medical School, diving deep into Lifestyle Medicine. This science-based approach focuses on real habits that help people live healthier lives. Now, I integrate its principles into my coaching sessions, blending home organization with emotional and physical well-being to help moms manage their space, schedule, and well-being simultaneously.
Who I Help
Most of the people I work with are moms who are feeling stuck. Their homes feel overwhelming, their days are too full, and they’ve lost the energy and clarity to change things on their own.
Many are working moms trying to balance a career with kids, housework, and meals.
Some are stay-at-home moms who feel like they never get a break.
Others are in a new season — moving, going through a health change, or just ready to reset.
They all want the same thing: a home that feels good, days that feel manageable, and a life that feels like theirs.
And I help them get there — one small, powerful step at a time.

What It’s Like to Work With Me
When we work together — whether in person or online — you’ll get more than tips and checklists. You’ll get support. Encouragement. A kind guide who understands what it’s like to juggle real life, and who will walk beside you as you make changes that stick. Every service of our lifestyle coaching for moms is built around YOU — your goals, your lifestyle, and your pace.
Why Lifestyle Coaching for Moms Matters
When your space is peaceful, your mind feels clearer, and you can breathe in relief, knowing that your home is your sanctuary.
With structured days, you feel less stressed and can navigate your daily tasks with a sense of calm and control.
When your home works for your life, you have more time to do what you love, and you can enjoy the freedom that comes with a well-organized space.
Organizing isn’t just about getting rid of stuff. It’s about making space for what matters most — your family, your health, your joy, your peace.
And every mom deserves that!
