While these coaching sessions are held at your location or event space, each experience includes a home-based organizing challenge to support the lifestyle work we do together. From refreshing your fridge during the nutrition week to resetting your night routine space during the mind and time session—you’ll leave with simple, actionable ways to connect what’s happening inside with your physical environment.
